Bologna Ministerial Conference in Budapest and Vienna was held on 11 and 12 March 2010. Croatian delegation, led by education minister dr. Radovan Fuchs, also participated at the conference.

The conference was held to mark the first decade of the Bologna process and to review the progress achieved so far in establishing joint European Higher Education Area. The ministers discussed the need to open Bologna process to  non-European countries, the work on further implementation of joint goals at the national and international level and the need for equal participation of all stakeholders in the Bologna process as well as the student-oriented higher education.

At the end of the conference ministers passed a joint declaration which stated goals for quality improvement and diversification of higher education for the upcoming period.
