Higher education and scientific activity system in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (OG 119/22), while the Act on Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Science (OG 151/22) defines the internal and external quality assurance system at the national level and activities and organizational structure of the Agency for Science and Higher Education as a legal entity with public authority tasked with quality assurance and improvement in science and higher education.
