The Agency for Science and Higher Education enables parties to pursue prescribed legal remedies within external quality evaluation procedures and further permits participants to file complaints concerning improper conduct of persons or bodies (against which there is no other legal remedy).

By submitting an appeal and/or complaint to a reasoned proposal of the Accreditation Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (“Official Gazette”, No. 151/22), as well as by instituting an administrative dispute against the Agency’s final decision, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education and the Administrative Disputes Act (“Official Gazette”, No. 36/24), a party may, within the administrative procedure or administrative dispute, request a formal review of the manner of conduct and/or the outcome of the procedure.

By submitting a complaint, in the manner described at the provided link, participants may request a review of the conduct of persons or bodies involved in the execution of the procedure, at the organizational level of the Agency.
