European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education has published a collection of reports resulting from the project work carried out by participants of the ENQA Leadership Development Programme (LDP), including representatives of the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) – Mia Đikić, PhD, and Marina Grubišić, PhD.
The reports address topics such as transnational cooperation, quality assurance, stakeholder involvement, and the management of social, green, and digital transitions.
The ENQA LDP was designed to provide participants with an intensive European learning experience and targeted training in an international environment. The programme consists of three seminars and mentored group work aimed at developing professional competences and deepening knowledge of European higher education and quality assurance.
Mia Đikić, PhD, participated in the group working on the topic Transnational cooperation under the mentorship of Cristina Ghitulica, while Marina Grubišić was part of the group focusing on Stakeholder involvement and independence under the mentorship of Marilena Maniaci.
