Within the framework of the project HR.3.1.15-0044 „Improvement of programme evaluation procedure at the University of Rijeka: pilot project“, a conference entitled “The Register of CROQF: a link between the higher education and the labour market” will be held at the University of Rijeka on 25 September 2015.
The pilot project related to the development of standards of full and partial qualifications will be implemented in 2015 and 2016, with the University of Rijeka as the lead partner.
The conference will be opened by prof.dr.sc. Snježana Prijić-Samaržija, vice rector for studies and students of the University of Rijeka and prof.dr.sc. Anđelka Radojčić Badovinac, head of the Department of Biotechnology of the University of Rijeka, who will give a more detailed account of the project.
The participants will discuss the Croatian Qualifications Framework (CROQF), development of Occupational and Qualifications Standards, as well as the importance of development of study programmes in accordance with the CROQF, from the employers’ point of view. A representative of the Agency for Science and Higher Education will participate in the conference and speak about the impact of the Register of CROQF on the evaluation in the system of higher education.
