The Decision to start the procedure of thematic evaluation of private scientific organisations and other legal entities was adopted by the Accreditation Council of the Agency for Science and Higher Education (hereinafter: the Agency) at its 21st session held on December 13th, 2011, pursuant to Article 24 of the Act on Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (OG 45/09, hereinafter: the Act) and the document Thematic Evaluation Procedure (Class: 003-08/10-02/0003; Reg. number: 355-01-10-2) of June 1st, 2010.
