European Commission publishes a new study on university reforms

The European Commission has published a new study on university reforms in Europe, made by the Dutch Centre for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS). The study is available at EC website. Although the quick pace of reforms has made much of the data, collected in 2008, obsolete, the study can serve as a comprehensive source of information on university governance and financing, as well as higher education policies in the European Union and neighbouring countries.
