The Agency for Science and Higher Education, based on the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette 119/22) and the Regulation on Programme Funding of Public Higher Education Institutions and Public Scientific Institutes in the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 78/23), evaluates the implementation of the programme agreement or part of the programme agreement.
A programme agreement establishes multi-year funding for the basic, development, and performance-related budget components of a public higher education institution or a public scientific institute, financed from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia.
