The Agency for Science and Higher Education presented the HRMinHEI Project (Modernisation of Higher Education Institutions through enhancement of Human Resources Management function, 2016-2018), financed by the EU funds from Erasmus+ programme, at the conference “Get Inspired” held on 15 November 2019 in Zagreb and organised by the Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (AMEUP).

Other successful beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ programme and the European Solidarity Corps have also informed potential beneficiaries about the opportunities offered by these programmes and have presented the results of their successful programmes.

The purpose of HRMinHEI project was to strengthen the Human Resources Management function in higher education institutions and to develop an innovative self-assessment tool for benchmarking human resources management. Two Croatian higher education institutions, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Rijeka, and College Algebra along with two foreign higher education institutions, Danube University Krems from Austria and University of Tampere from Finland were partners in the project.
