{"id":7699,"date":"2018-06-11T13:07:40","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T11:07:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azvo.borealis.biz\/newsa\/workshop-titled-how-to-prepare-students-for-the-challenges-in-the-labour-market\/"},"modified":"2023-11-03T07:38:19","modified_gmt":"2023-11-03T06:38:19","slug":"workshop-titled-how-to-prepare-students-for-the-challenges-in-the-labour-market","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/2018\/06\/11\/workshop-titled-how-to-prepare-students-for-the-challenges-in-the-labour-market\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop titled \u201cHow to prepare students for the challenges in the labour market?\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nA cycle of workshops for career advisers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/uncategorised\/karijeriranje\/\"><em><span style=\"color: blue;\">Karijeriranje<\/span><\/em><\/a><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: blue;\"> (Careering)<\/span><\/span><\/em> started with the workshop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/K._Pazur_Anicic_Kako_pripremiti_studente_za_izazove_trzista_rada.pdf\"><em><span style=\"color: blue;\">How to prepare students for the challenges in the labour market?<\/span><\/em><\/a> held on 22 March 2018 at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Vara\u017edin.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe workshop was led by Katarina Pa\u017eur Ani\u010di\u0107, Ph.D., head of the Student Support and Career Development Centre at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics. &nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nIt brought together 25 representatives of higher education institutions \u2013 career advisers, vice-deans and other representatives of HEIs engaged in student support activities and cooperation with the labour market. By using the application <a href=\"https:\/\/fleet.mobilisis.hr\/kpa\/\"><em><span style=\"color: blue;\">Maturity model for supporting higher education graduates&#8217; early careers<\/span><\/em><\/a> created within the <a href=\"http:\/\/higherdecision.foi.hr\/hr\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">Higher Decision<\/span><\/a> project, participants were given the opportunity to assess their HEI\u2019s capability for carrying out certain practices and activities by key process areas contained in the maturity model. They were also introduced to the examples of good practice both at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics and the careers centres at foreign universities.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nA series of workshops titled <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/uncategorised\/karijeriranje\/\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">Karijeriranje (Careering)<\/span><\/a>is organized by the Agency for Science and Higher Education within the framework of the ESF project <a href=\"https:\/\/skazvo.azvo.hr\/hr\/?option=com_chronoforms5&amp;chronoform=diseminacijski_dogadaj\"><span style=\"color: blue;\">SKAZVO<\/span><\/a>. The aim of the workshops organized by ASHE is to provide support to higher education institutions in developing professional guidance service and the sustainability of career centres.
