{"id":6978,"date":"2017-08-09T12:40:17","date_gmt":"2017-08-09T10:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azvo.borealis.biz\/newsa\/public-presentation-of-the-analysis-of-the-five-year-cycle-of-re-accreditation-of-higher-education-institutions\/"},"modified":"2023-11-03T07:46:30","modified_gmt":"2023-11-03T06:46:30","slug":"public-presentation-of-the-analysis-of-the-five-year-cycle-of-re-accreditation-of-higher-education-institutions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/2017\/08\/09\/public-presentation-of-the-analysis-of-the-five-year-cycle-of-re-accreditation-of-higher-education-institutions\/","title":{"rendered":"Public presentation of the Analysis of the five-year cycle of re-accreditation of higher education institutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) presented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Analiza_petogodisnjeg__ciklusa_reakreditacije_2010-2015.pdf\">The Analysis of the five-year cycle of re-accreditation of higher education institutions (2010 \u2013 2015)<\/a> on Friday, the 7<sup>th<\/sup> of July 2017 at the premises of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThis publication presents comprehensive information about Croatian higher education institutions and their activities and is the result of the first thorough evaluation of all public and private higher education institutions in Croatia (universities and their constituents \u2013 faculties and academies as well as polytechnics and colleges) which began in 2010 and was completed in 2015.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe event brought together more than a hundred leaders of Croatian higher education institutions and members of the academic and scientific community who were addressed by Professor Jasmina Havranek, Director of ASHE, Professor Ivana Frani\u0107, Assistant Minister for Science and Higher Education and Professor \u0160imun An\u0111elinovi\u0107, the President of the Croatian Rectors\u2019 Conference in their welcome speeches.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nProfessor Jasmina Havranek, the Director of ASHE, emphasised that, \u201cThe Croatian system of science and higher education has never before been evaluated in this way. For the first time, we have a complete insight into its quality and efficiency.\u201d\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nOn behalf of ASHE, Irena Petru\u0161i\u0107, PhD, presented the findings and recommendations from the five-year cycle of re-accreditation of higher education institutions, while mr. sc. Sandra Bezjak, Assistant Director of ASHE spoke about the impact of evaluation on improvements in higher education.
