The project facilitates staff exchanges between quality assurance agencies with the aim of promoting mutual learning, sharing experiences, and strengthening international cooperation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe study visit focused on exchanging experiences in areas of particular interest to the Polish agency. The programme primarily addressed the implementation of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) in an international context, cross-border quality assurance, the evaluation of joint study programmes, and current European developments in quality assurance in higher education.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nDuring the three-day programme, participants discussed ASHE&#8217;s experience in implementing reaccreditation procedures, organisational development and human resource management, the digitalisation of processes, and the application of artificial intelligence.
