The event was organized by the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) in collaboration with the Education Reform Initiative of South Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe two-day workshop titled <em>\u201cStrengthening QA Agencies in the Western Balkans: Tools, Compliance &amp; Readiness for ENQA\u201d<\/em> provided an opportunity for representatives of the gathered agencies to exchange experiences regarding the implementation of ESG (Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area) in their respective countries, as well as to strengthen capacities and align legal frameworks in order to be well-prepared for evaluation by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nAt the beginning of the workshop, the attendees were greeted by Ulpiana Lama (Regional Cooperation Council), Prof. Danijela Horvatek Tomi\u0107, PhD (Director of the Agency for Science and Higher Education), and Tina \u0160ari\u0107 (ERI SEE).\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) is a comprehensive framework for cooperation that includes RCC participants from South Eastern Europe as well as members of the international community on topics important to South Eastern Europe, with the goal of promoting and advancing the region&#8217;s European and Euro-Atlantic integration.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nERI SEE is a regional international organization established in 2005 by an intergovernmental agreement signed by the ministers of education from all Southeast European countries.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-multimedia my-40 lg:my-60\">\n\n      <figure class=\"\" aria-label=\"Slika\">\n              <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/wp-azvo-files\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Regional-cooperation-sastanak-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"object-cover\"\/>\n                <\/figure>\n  \n  \n  \n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The two-day workshop titled \u201cStrengthening QA Agencies in the Western Balkans: Tools, Compliance &amp; Readiness for ENQA\u201d provided an opportunity for representatives of the gathered agencies to exchange experiences regarding the implementation of ESG (Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area) in their respective countries, as well as to strengthen &hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/2025\/05\/27\/ashe-hosts-workshop-strengthening-qa-agencies-in-the-western-balkans-tools-compliance-readiness-for-enqa\/\">Continued<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":27999,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[135],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.4 -
