\n \nOn 2 and 3 July 2015, ASHE Audit Dept. held a two-day seminar\/workshop for audit experts at the University of Split. The participants, representatives of the University, were introduced to European standards and guidelines fopr quality assurance, internal and external audit procedures, practical examples from ASHE audits so far, and were provided with some guidelines for quality improvement at HEIs. On the second day of the workshop, the participants practically applied the acquired knowledge through exercises, after which they were awarded with certificates for ASHE audit experts. Participants assessed the quality of this workshop with an average grade of 4.6\/5.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nOn 28 February 2014, ASHE Audit Dept. organised a one-day seminar\/workshop for the 5th generation of audit experts. The participants were acquainted with Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), as well as ASHE external audit procedures, and were provided with guidelines for implementing internal quality assurance audit at the institution. They were also given the opportunity to practically apply the acquired knowledge through exercises and examples. Upon the successful completion of training, the participants were awarded with certificates and included in ASHE audit experts. The quality of this workshop was assessed by the participants with an average grade of 4.9\/5.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nOn 12 December 2013, the annual workshop for certified auditors was organised by ASHE Audit Dept. The participants were informed of the latest analyses related to QA systems at Croatian HEIs, changes in the upcoming, revised ESG, as well as ECA project for the development of methodology for evaluation on internationalisation in higher education (CeQuInt), that also includes pilot-procedures. Discussion also touched the issues of visibility and impact of external evaluation reports in Europe and Croatia, and the ways to improve active participation of all the stakeholders in QA systems at higher education institutions.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n
