Education, based on the Act on Higher Education and Scientific Activity (Official Gazette 119\/22) and the Regulation on Programme Funding of Public Higher Education Institutions and Public Scientific Institutes in the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 78\/23), evaluates the implementation of the programme agreement or part of the programme agreement. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nA programme agreement establishes multi-year funding for the basic, development, and performance-related budget components of a public higher education institution or
