\n \nClarification of Croatian higher education qualification is a document containing the information on the (accreditation) status of the higher education institution and study programme in question, the level<\/a> of the qualification within the higher education system of the issuing country.


GUIDELINES FOR ISSUING THE CLARIFICATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n1. APPLICATION FORM<\/strong> \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nApplication form is an official document necessary for starting the procedure for recognition of higher education qualification. Application form should be filled in and legible. The applicant acknowledges liability for data accuracy with his\/her signature on the application form.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

If you change your address, first or last name during the recognition process, please inform the National ENIC\/NARIC office in writing.
\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE CLARIFICATION OF QUALIFICATION<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nENCLOSURES TO THE APPLICATION FORM:<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n1<\/strong> Copy of the higher education qualification (we do not accept confirmations or substitute documents of qualification);\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n2<\/strong> Copy of the official document issued by the higher education institution with the information on: subjects (exams) taken and grades, official name and duration of the study program (e.g. diploma supplement, transcript with regard to the above mentioned information or some other official document);\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n3<\/strong> Proof of the payment of administrative fee;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \n4<\/strong> * (Applicants who changed first and\/or last name) Copy of the competent authority\u2019s decision or copy of marriage certificate.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nIMPORTANT NOTE!<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nIf necessary, Croatian ENIC\/NARIC Office might request the applicant for additional documents or to present the original documents the copies of which were handed in.

\n \n<\/a>3. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe amount of fee for the clarification of foreign higher education qualifications is determined by the Decision on the Fee for the Clarification of Croatian Higher Education Qualifications<\/a>.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe Agency for Science and Higher Education does not cover bank costs related to money transfer. The applicant has to cover all related bank costs. Bank costs are not included in the price of the assessment procedure and will be charged separately by the bank. The procedure for the assessment of higher education qualifications cannot start until all the costs (assessment costs + bank costs) are covered by the applicant.<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nNote:<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nIn case you have overpaid or incorrectly paid the assessment fee, you can request a refund in writing (specify: given name and surname of the account holder, name of the bank, IBAN).\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nAt your request, the Agency for Science and Higher Education will initiate the procedure of refunding the paid administrative fee from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia.<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe Agency for Science and Higher Education cannot influence the payment deadline.<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n
