1. Studiram na studijskom programu za koji je preporučeno pismo očekivanja s uskratom upisa novih studenata.
Što to znači za mene?

Na Vas se pismo očekivanja direktno ne odnosi neposredno, ali posredno utječe na povećanje kvalitete Vašeg studiranja.
Pismo očekivanja stupa na snagu od akademske godine 2012/2013 i ako do tada visoko učilište ispuni uvjete navedene pismom očekivanja(odnosno podigne kvalitetu) i dostavi dokaze o tome, ono tada neće ni stupiti na snagu. Svrha ove mjere je da se njenom realizacijom ostvari povoljniji omjer nastavnik student te da se poboljša kvaliteta studija.

2. Želim studirati na studijskom programu za koji je preporučeno pismo očekivanja s uskratom upisa novih studenata.
Kako to utječe na moj upis na željeni studijski program?

Akreditacijska preporuka za pismo očekivanja s uskratom upisa novih studenata na sve ili određene studijske programe planirana je da stupi na snagu akademske godine 2012/2013. Svi studijski programi za koje je postupak upisa već započeo moći će upisati studente, a ukoliko otklone nedostatke do početka idućeg upisnog razdoblja i dostave dokaze o tome,  pismo očekivanja neće ni stupiti na snagu.

3. Studiram na studijskom programu za koji je preporučena uskrata dopusnice. Što to znači za mene?

Uskrata dopusnice planirana je da stupi na snagu od akademske godine 2012/2013. Po stupanju uskrate na snagu, analogno članku 22. stavku 5. odnosno 6. Zakona o osiguravanju kvalitete u visokom obrazovanju i znanosti, Ministarstvo će Rješenjem o uskrati za određeni studij utvrditi prava studenata o mogućnostima završetka studija odnosno prijelaza na studij na drugo visoko učilište.

4. Želim studirati na studijskom programu za koji je preporučena uskrata dopusnice.
Kako to utječe na moj upis na željeni studijski program?

Akreditacijska preporuka za uskratu dopusnice predviđena je da stupi na snagu od akademske godine 2012/2013, tako da se u jesenskom roku za akademsku godinu 2011/2012 možete upisati na željeni studijski program. Središnji prijavni ured Agencije pravovremeno ažurira podatke o studijskim programima na stranici  www.postani-student.hr.

Stoga je budućim studentima radi prijave na studijske programe uputno i poželjno pregledavati navedenu mrežnu stranicu.

Visoko učilište dužno je omogućiti Vam završetak studija.

5. Može li visoko učilište izjaviti prigovor na negativnu akreditacijsku preporuku Agencije?

Da, visoko učilište ima pravo izjaviti prigovor u slučaju negativne akreditacijske preporuke, u roku od 15 dana od dana dostave preporuke, u koji se ne računa razdoblje od 15. srpnja do 31. kolovoza i od 24. prosinca do 6. siječnja.

Accreditation Council

Accreditation Council is an expert council of the Agency that adopts documents related to external evaluation procedures and final opinions on the quality of higher education institutions, scientific organisations and study programmes. The Accreditation Council adopts documents necessary for external evaluation procedures in higher education and science; it adopts quality assessments criteria and indicators; adopts plans for the implementation of external evaluation procedures; appoints members of expert panels in external evaluation procedures; issues opinions on final expert panel reports in external evaluation procedures; adopts actions plans and reports on the implementation of action plans in the follow-up procedures and opinions of the Complaints Committee.

AC members have expert knowledge of international, especially European and national quality assurance system, and are obligated to undergo continuous professional development in that area. AC has 11 permanent members appointed for a four-year term of office by the Management Board. The members of the Council are nominated by the following bodies: the Rectors' Conference, Council of Polytechnics and Colleges, Croatian Chamber of Economy, Croatian Student Council, National Council for Science, Higher Education and Technological Development and research institutes, as well as academics through a public call. Associate members are appointed by the Accreditation Council decision upon the proposal of the Director and have no voting rights. The Accreditation Council has two associate members.

  9. dr. sc. Maruška Vizek (appointed on the proposal of research institutes)

  12. Associate member: prof. dr. sc. Darja Peljhan.

 

The Complaints Committee

The Complaints Committee is an expert body of ASHE whose task is to decide on written complaints that higher education institutions can submit in the process of initial accreditation, re-accreditation and audit, within 15 days of receiving the opinion of the Accreditation Council. The Committee has three members and alternate members. They are appointed by the Management Board for a period of three years at the proposal of the Rectors’ Conference and Council of Polytechnics and Colleges. Complaints Committee members are independent in their work, do not represent their respective institutions and must not be in a conflict of interest.

The members of the Complaints Committee are:

  • izv. prof. dr. sc. Željko Radić (representative of the Rectors’ Conference)
  • prof. dr. sc. Nataša Žunić Kovačević (representative of the Rectors’ Conference)
  • dr. sc. Irena Guszak Cerovečki (representative of the Council of Polytechnics and Colleges).

Alternate members are:

  • prof. dr. sc. Josip Faričić (alternate member for the representative of the Rectors’ Conference)
  • izv. prof. dr. sc. Nebojša Stojčić (alternate member for the representative of the Rectors’ Conference)
  • mr. sc. Goran Malčić, dipl. ing. (alternate member for the representative of the Council of Polytechnics and Colleges).

 

The Follow-up Committee

The Follow-up Committee is a body of the Accreditation Council that proposes to the AC the approval of the submitted action plans and reports on the implementation of action plans in the follow-up phase of external evaluation procedures. Members of the Follow-up Committee are appointed by the Accreditation Council, and one member, who is also the President of the Committee, is appointed from the ranks of the AC members.
