At its session on 4 April 2023, the Management Board of the Agency for Science and Higher Education appointed Irena Petrušić, PhD, as the Deputy Director of the Agency for Science and Higher Education. Petrušić is a long-standing employee of the Agency, and the author of numerous papers related to quality assurance in science and higher education.

Before taking office as Deputy Director, Irena Petrušić, PhD, led the Department for research and development of ASHE. She has many years of experience in developing, implementing and analysing the systems for external quality assessment of institutions in science and higher education.
