As part of the Career Week of the Faculty of Economics, University of Rijeka, held on 5 November 2020, acting director of ASHE, Prof. Jasmina Havranek, PhD, held an online lecture Human Resources Management in Higher Education for interested students. Based on her longstanding career in higher education, which included managing a higher education institution, as well as her longstanding managerial position at the Agency for Science and Higher Education she emphasised human potentials as the key factors of success of each organization. She talked to students about the importance of human resources management and specific features of these processes within the higher education system.
