On 20 May 2020, ENQA organized a webinar aimed at CEOs of member and affiliate agencies. Prof. Jasmina Havranek, PhD, Acting Director of the Agency for Science and Higher Education also took part in the webinar.

The webinar provided participants with an opportunity to share experiences and challenges faced by the agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic and the ways of adapting to the new circumstances.

About 40 CEOs of agencies from around Europe attended the webinar and heard experiences of the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NOKUT) and the Dutch Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) and to share experiences from their organizations and directions of the future work. The webinar was chaired by Ms. Maria Kelo, Director of ENQA.
