The Croatian Society for Quality organized the 18th quality conference and the 9th scientific assembly under the slogan “Quality: tradition, innovation, commitment” which was held on 11–14 April 2018 in Dubrovnik.
The conference brought together experts in management systems and quality in general, and encouraged the exchange of knowledge and experience and a holistic approach to the development of the culture of quality. The aim of the conference is to discuss improvement of quality in organizations and society as a whole, raising awareness on quality as the only option which can bring success to organizations and society, improve the standard of living, contribute to sustainable development, social responsibility and competitiveness.
ASHE representative, Vesna Dodiković-Jurković, Ph.D., gave a presentation titled “External Evaluation in Higher Education”, which is available here.
