ASHE Director
The Agency for Science and Higher Education director is Professor Jasmina Havranek, PhD.
In line with the Act on Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education, the Agency director represents the Agency, manages its activities, proposes to the Management Board the Agency Statute, amendments to the Statute, Ordinance on Internal Order and Annual Budget, adopts other general acts in the Agency’s scope of work, independently takes legal actions on behalf of the Agency up to the level determined by the Agency Statute, decides on beginning and ending work contracts of the Agency employees, participates in the work of the Management Board without voting rights and performs other tasks in line with the law and the Agency Statute.
