The main activities of the Department are:
1. Monitoring of the quality assurance system in higher education institutions in the Republic of Croatia.
2.  Association with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, ENQA
3.  Implementation, maintenance and constant improvement of the quality management system inside the Agency.
